A Promopedicabhire .Ltd Pedicab is a safe and unique eco-friendly transport to experience London City. We have partnered with Vox City to bring you multilingual commentary of your preferred tour.

• Is Promopedicabhire .Ltd Pedicabs Covid secure?

Your Promopedicabhire .Ltd Pedicab driver is separated from you by way of a Perspex partition. Each Pedicab can carry 2 passengers, so you will only be with your selected companion or on your own. After each tour the Pedicabs are wiped down with antibacterial wipes.

Inclement weather
Our tours go ahead in all weather conditions. Every Pedicab has detachable doors and we monitor the British weather each day to decide whether to ‘door or not to door!’. We can change the hour of tour to please our customers.

Late arrivals
Our tour drivers will be in position just before your tour start time. Customers have to pay extra money if they are late or they want to extend because the riders would be waiting for them. They will be waiting for up to 15 minutes for late arrivals but after this time the tour will be considered as cancelled. We will attempt to make contact with you throughout this time. It is the discretion of our management to allow you to reschedule.

• What do I need to bring for my Pedicab and Rickshaw Tour?

There is not necessary to bring any special things. Our Pedicab and Rickshaw drivers will manage everything related to tour. You will need to get contact our driver and team always through email or phone. We would also recommend your personal headphone(s) to clearly hear the commentary.

• Where do I meet my Pedicab Tour driver?

All tours commence from London Covent Garden. It can be changable by the agreement with clients and customers.

• Where does the Pedicab Tour end?

Genearlly, The tours end at the London Eye but if you would prefer to be dropped back to London Waterloo or some other places, you are requested to contact our team.

• What if I have to change or cancel my booked Pedicab Tour?
